The mattress warranty runs 10 years from the original purchase date and covers specified defects such as qualifying indentation or sagging, foam deterioration, cover defects and structural or coil failure in hybrid models. It excludes comfort preference, damage from improper support, stains and several other conditions. EGOHOME also says mattresses must be unpacked within 30 days of delivery to activate coverage.
